If you have a tendency to get sick frequently lately, and you’re normally a healthy person, stress is often the culprit. Stress can affect you physically, emotionally, and mentally.

What can you do about it?

Consider hiring a home care aide to at least alleviate some of the pressure from your life. You can hire somebody for just two hours a day once or twice a week to start, as long as you hire through an agency.
